Overview

Working with carefully-selected specialist partners, we can provide a complete range of installation and maintenance services for commercial and industrial buildings, 24-hours a day. Services are tailored to meet your individual requirements for all heating, ventilation & air conditioning, water and facilities requirements, from small works through to major projects and PPM.

Installation

Our objective is to help our clients find the most appropriate solutions to design problems and create and install systems accordingly. We can support a full range of mechanical installation requirements: from heating systems to air conditioning, ventilation and chiller plant installations. Working with specialist partners and subcontractors as required, we will deliver outstanding mechanical and electrical installation services, whether the requirement is a fit-out, new build, refurbishment, or plant replacement project.

HVAC

We will maintain your existing air conditioning system – or where a building has no central air conditioning plant we can design, install and maintain packaged or independent air conditioning systems. These include the latest Daikin VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems which can provide both heating and cooling in an extremely energy efficient way.

Water Hygiene

By law, organisations have a duty to maintain and monitor their water systems. We will analyse the quality of your current water services and implement monitoring and maintenance systems – in particular, helping you control and prevent legionella in accordance with HSE ACoP L8 guidelines. Where necessary we will upgrade water systems to ensure that they are compliant and safe.

Small Works

When building services change to cope with alterations in layouts (usage and general upgrades), we will carry out renewals, replacements and alteration of existing heating, air conditioning and building services to meet any upgrade or refurbishment. These works can range from renewing radiators in a single office to altering, replacing or repositioning air conditioning units or upgrading the plumbing services.

At all times these works are carried out with minimum disruption to clients’ services and in most cases small projects are carried out whilst the building is still occupied and operational.

Major projects and PPM

When building services change to cope with alterations in layouts (usage and general upgrades), we will undertake new build and refurbishment projects within the commercial property, health, education and leisure fields both in the private and public sector.

We are able to integrate fully with main contractors or act as principal contractor, if required coordinating the services of other trades and professionals in conjunction with fulfilling our responsibilities under CDM. We will then discuss an appropriate fully planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheme to ensure trouble-free service once the project has been completed.
