Our approach is a straightforward one, based on the following principles and practices:

  1. We always put our customers first. This begins by recognising that it is your business we are supporting, so we start by understanding your needs, not by telling you what we will do.
  2. Next, we translate those needs into cost-effective, high quality solutions, whether the requirement is a short-term installation project, or a long-term maintenance contract.
  3. We will put together and agree with you a plan that summarises the service we will deliver and contains descriptions of the roles, responsibilities and contact details of the team who will deliver it.
  4. We will appoint a contract / project manager who will be responsible for your service. Effective management is essential for a good working relationship and a successful contract outcome.
  5. We always strive for excellence in service delivery and follow these practices in order to assure it.
    • We have a mature approach to managing risk: identifying all significant risks on a site, documenting the likelihood and consequences of their occurrence and putting in place key measures to minimise and mitigate them.
    • We follow a clear quality management policy and procedures for our business: supported by our ISO 9001 accreditation and overseen by our Managing Director.
    • We employ only the best people: all site operatives undertake regular training, must have the correct qualifications and undertake a full site induction before they can enter a site working area, supported by weekly tool box talks.
    • We involve our employees in decision-making: using their skills, prioritising their development and encouraging suggestions for improvement, profitability and productivity; and minimising waste.
    • Health & safety is central to all our working practices: and we are BS OHSAS 18001, CHAS and SAFE Contractor accredited.
    • We understand the importance of our impact to the environment: we have an environmental policy to ensure that we comply with environmental legislation and we are ISO 14001 accredited.
  6. We regularly monitor customer satisfaction: both during a contract and at its conclusion. We value our customers’ feedback and we act upon the results.
