The scope of works on this project included the installation of new power and lighting to a new- build reception area and communal kitchen combined with a breakout space. The work comprised of new mechanical installations, data modifications with supplies to mechanical plant. New automated doors, access control modifications were installed along with AV equipment relocations.

Features include LED lighting in operational places and an improved reception area. The installation of energy saving lighting and an upgraded building entrance that prevents heat loss, all undertaken with the building in full operation. The electrical and associated works for this sub contract included sub-main cabling, distribution equipment and metering; lighting and emergency lighting; general purpose power installation; Fire Alarms; voice and data cables and infrastructure cables; access control, intruder alarm, door entry and CCTV as well as electrical and lighting supplies.
